Polishing was never so glamorous...ordinary becomes extraordinary
Luxury lens and screen cleaning cloth. Our art and design was inspired by the pink flowers and glossy leaves of the Puriri tree and an antique map of Captain Cook's travels in the Pacific.
The New Zealand puriri tree (Vitex lucens), also known as New Zealand teak or mahogany on account of its great hardness, has masses of pinky red flowers throughout much of the year. Puriri was first collected (by Europeans) at Tolaga Bay by Banks and Solander during Cook's first visit in 1769. Its nectar and berries are valuable food for native wildlife. When we created the artwork we were inspired by the many beautiful puriri trees in the surrounding forest.
